We are seeking a confident, cheery and fabulous new School Secretary for September 2024...could it be you?
Band E/Business Support Level 3 Permanent post
Full Time – 35hpw Term Time and INSET days only ~ £21,690 - £24,045 per annum (actual pay) depending on experience

You will:

  • Undertake the role of being the ‘first point of contact’ for the school with a clear sense of pride and warmth
  • Model the values and ethos of our school in all your interactions with children, families, staff and visitors
  • Directly assist the Headteacher on a daily basis
  • Have experience of confidently and competently using technology, Microsoft Office suite and school management information systems, specifically SIMs and FMS
  • Complete and submit complex and/or statutory forms and returns in an accurate and timely manner
  • Handle cash in line with the school’s finance policy
  • Be excited about making a difference to children’s educational and emotional future
  • Be a confident team player
  • Have the desire to sustain your own professional development
  • Have the confidence to tackle challenges with rigour and good humour

7.5 hours per week/1.5 hours per day between 11.40am and 1.40pm tbc
